Are your products all natural?
Where possible, we use natural products. With bath and hair care, they are free from detergents, sodium lauryl sulfate, DEA , parabens and are vegetable derived. There is a preservative which is necessary to prevent mold, yeast, fugus, bacterial, etc and used at .1% (which converts to 1 part in a 1000) .

Is your shampoo tear free?
To be a more natural product, we could not offer this feature. Most people went through childhood quite aware of what soap in the eyes is like. Individuals should not become careless because its "tear free", rather, they should be questioning if its any better.

I can go to a dollar store, so why buy yours?
Granted, you can get things cheap, but your children are not the beneficiaries. In higher priced products, when they say it contains "vitamin E", the actual level of this is in quantities that actually do something.

Why do you group your products instead of single items?
As we include shipping, the difference between 1 item and 3 is not that much. However, most people would not buy 1 item and pay $10.00 for shipping. So you might pay just a little bit more, but receive multiple products at a competitive price.

How long does shipping take to get these?
This depends on where you live. Typically, the average is 4 business days, some close to New York state get it sooner, others on the West Coast and Southern States take 6 business days. Delivery is by FedEx Ground.

Who can use these products?
Actually, anyone who wants an alternative to typical store items. They are mild to all skin types and can be used daily.

What if there is a chance of reaction?
Although extensively tested and containing no harsh components, one person might react. Typically like any medication or skin care product, if there are any  sensations like itching or changes to the skin, discontinue use.  However, any reaction would be temporary and have no long term discomfort.
