if I don't like my purchase?
Rarely somebody complains about
our product, however, everyone's expectations are different. If
you have doubt, please return it. No questions asked...although
your suggestions to improve would be appreciated. Read more under

Are these skin care products natural?
Where ever possible, we use
natural products. This is a mandate and simply comes from the fact
we are consumers too. Most items are near 95%, where the balance
is a synthetically derived natural ingredient and 0.2% is a preservative
What is your minimum and how much is shipping?
There are no minimums. Shipping is
by Fed Ex Ground out of New York state and is inclusive anywhere
in Continental America. Those in Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska costs
extra and will have to phone customer service at 1-800-364-4922

Our ingredient selection of
actives, botanicals and oils are not added to simply make a claim
or sound good. These are performance products, built around results,
rather than price. By first Investigating and testing, then using
recommended or higher than recommended usage levels of these ingredients;
ultimately creates a superior product
Do you offer any samples?
Regrettably no. But if you think
our product would live up to your expectations, take a chance. We're
sure you will be pleased and can simply be returned if your not.
Most store purchases are bought on faith and can be comforted knowing
you are buying directly from the manufacturer.
How long does it take
to get my order?
Usually your order will arrive
in within 5 to 10 working days, pending on where you live in continental
America. If there are ever problems with a delivery, we have a
toll free number and customer service representatives to assist
you.
Are there price breaks
on larger orders?
This is a retail product and is available on a wholesale basis
to distributors and retail establishments in case lots. Contact
us for further details.
What if I have an allergic
effect?
These products have been thoroughly tested with individuals and
patch tests, having no reactions of any kind. If there
is anything unusual, discontinue use. Please remember if there
was any combinations you have had in the past with a fragrance,
cologne, or medicated cream. One ingredient alone might have been
the cause and to take note.
I'm not familiar with

shipping information and press submit, you will see the title bar

these days, most sites that accept credit cards will only have
it processed in the background in a secure area as they are liable,

Are there any stores
where I can go and buy your product?
These are new items and have had many inquires and some anticipation. As more
store are available, we will have a store locator and hope there will be one
close to where you reside in the very near future.
